Annual Leave is a benefit with the intent to provide time away from work for the wellness of the employee. As part of that goal, the FLVS Annual Leave Encashment Program provides eligible full-time employees the ability to use a portion of their accrued Annual Leave each fiscal year to help cover the costs associated with approved "wellness related" expenses, such as gym memberships and the purchase of home exercise equipment.
Please note that all 2023-24 fiscal year encashment request submissions must have a purchase/paid receipt date on/after July 1, 2023, to be eligible for reimbursement consideration.
If you plan on utilizing expiring leave, you will need to submit your encashment request by Friday, Dec. 1, 2023.
The deadline to submit encashment requests for the 2023-24 fiscal year is Monday, June 10, 2024.
