All Home Education and Private School enrollments will need Proof of Residency (POR) documentation on file:

Home Education students will not be placed in a course until POR documentation is on file and verified
Public School students do not require POR documentation
Private School students will be placed but will have only 30 days to submit POR documentation and have it verified
Private School enrollments without POR documentation on file will be dropped automatically once they hit 30 days from reaching CRC
If a Private School student reaches out for reinstatement, please check to make sure that POR has been verified before reinstating the enrollment

Acceptable documentation for Proof of Residency (POR):
Current Florida driver’s license or Florida identification card
Gas, water, sewage, electric, cable/internet or home/cellular telephone bill (must be dated within 30 days from course registration or newer)
Florida Voter’s registration card
Property tax statement
Bank account statement
Mortgage statement or mortgage commitment
Rent receipt with name of lessee and contact information
Automobile insurance statement
Lease agreement with name of lessee and contact information
Home purchase contract, including specified closing date, with copy of deed to be provided within 60 days of closing
