Developing systems and sticking to them each week is the way to success for a happy and balanced life! One way to ensure you find a schedule that works for you is to chunk your time. As you review your schedule, make sure you are doing the following:
Grading (at least 2-3 hours per day)
Best Practice: Clear grading in the AM and grade before you walk away in the afternoon/evening
DBAs (offer morning and afternoon times)
Call Blitz OUTBOUND Priorities for the Day
At least two hours per day with a goal of 25-30 outbound calls in your active class each day
A break/family time (non-negotiable)

Outgoing phone calls are an expectation each week in the following areas. Please click each call type to review best practices for each:
MONTHLY CALLS – all parents and students who are due for monthly communication in the next 10-15 days
NON WORKER CALLS – all students who have not work in 7+ days; parents should be contacted if student has gone more than 14 days without work (weeks 2+)
GRACE PERIOD CALLS (Drop/Add Calls) – all students who are within the first 14 days of the course
BEST PRACTICE: CALL WEEK 3 AND 4 KIDDOS, TOO!
80%+ CALLS – students who are 80%+ complete in the class
CLASSROOM ASSIGNED / WELCOME CALLS – all student who are assigned to your course and have not yet completed the welcome call
LONG TERM LEARNERS - students who have been in your course for over 21+ weeks
FAILING / STRUGGLING STUDENT CALLS - students who have a failing grade in your course
