Summary

This meeting (sometimes referred to as Team Kickoff) brings together all project team members and directors to review the established scope of work and prepare the core project team to begin meeting regularly.

Purpose

To orient the extended team to the project and communicate the parameters established by the Directors Group for the exhibition

Summary of FM additions to inbound exhibition, if applicable
Exhibition Brief (distributed in advance, if applicable)
Conceptual design sketches or commentary, if applicable
