A milestone meeting to review the budget and cost projections for the exhibition.
To demonstrate that the exhibition plan can be built within budget and schedule.
Budget package with overview page, and breakdown by division including:
Budget figures from all divisions.
Budget within 15% of target and if necessary, proposals on how to modify content and/or design or redistribute to get on budget.
This includes:
Floor plan and section details, as needed for reference
Preliminary mount making plan (schedule and budget)
Graphic estimates based on initial spreadsheet
Preliminary maintenance plan addressing maintainability of cases and surfaces
Accessibility, lighting, cleaning, pest control, sprinklers, and A/V hardware
At least one week before the Preview
Meeting led by the Project Manager and Production Supervisor.
