One LONG meeting led by project manager. Team goes display by display through the entire exhibition. Checking:
Where each piece of proposed text goes. Is there enough room for text & imagery?
Early case/rail sizes. Do plans for content match the case size?
Graphics codes. Assign codes to each piece of text
