At team meeting, go through every case one-by-one to ensure all comments have been addressed and no outstanding questions remain
Exhibition Designer to finalize any updates flagged at the meeting and then hand over drawings to Production supervisor

Drawing should contain hall, section, case number both FM and exhibit if different
Each drawing should have an integrated scale on the page
The case deck should have a 1” grid overlay
It should include all graphics and numbers in the case
All finishes should be listed color, brand finish, process
Display angle should be noted
Key view (map) of the location of the case in the hall/gallery
Height from the floor, elevation, and case exterior (elevation and section)
Conservation requirements checklist: rh, arten meters, coupons, foot candles, weight (for heavy objects)
