Assessment is a process of information gathering and meetings that leads up to Reality Check 2 to ensure the exhibition can be achieved on budget and on schedule
The Production Supervisor will need details from the Assessment phase to provide cost and labor estimates for every aspect of the exhibition. The Project Manager needs to be aware of the details in all of the areas listed below in order to monitor team progress and maintain the schedule.

Traveling
Assessment of anticipated travel costs: rotations, setup, staff, etc
Assessment of travelability of elements
Types and quantities for crates and carts, to review with traveling staff and production
