• The Jester's Ascension: Reter was once a mortal court jester in the 4th World who was executed for pulling a prank so elaborate that it accidentally caused the total financial collapse of the royal treasury. As he hung from the gallows, he cackled with such genuine, uninhibited joy at the sylvan absurdity of his execution that his laughter echoed across the planar boundaries, catching the attention of Eisana. Amused by his absolute dedication to the joke, she intercepted his soul, ascending him to godhood as the champion of malicious parodies and lethal pranks. He continues to view the entire mortal plane as his sylvan playground, with kings and high priests serving as his favorite punchlines.
