Name: Mok (Mock)
Pantheon: The Core Pantheon
Titles & Aliases: God of Destruction, Death, Vengeance, and Revenge; The Instigator; The Cycle Master.
Gender / Form: Masculine (He/Him). He manifests as a brutal, chiseled titan warrior exploding with pure physical power, raw muscular mass, and unyielding rage. He stands bare-chested, showcasing a heavily defined torso, with long, wild, windswept pitch-black hair framing a fierce countenance. His eyes glow like burning, solid sylvan neon-red embers, with thick streaks of fresh crimson blood or ritual tear-markings painted down his cheeks and across his chest. He wears heavy golden forearm cuffs and an oversized, highly ornate golden plate belt at his waist. Draped across his left shoulder is a rich, blood-red toga wrap. He is typically depicted standing in a churning sea of blood beneath a cataclysmic black sky torn apart by dense webs of jagged red lightning, while ravens circle the storm behind him.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Status: God in the Pillar of Death.
Divine Realm: The Whetstone of Rage.
Primary Domains: War, Destruction, Cycles of Revenge, Vengeance.
Portfolio: Needless conflict, senseless military destruction, blood-feuds, and the generation of endless, self-sustaining sylvan cycles of personal revenge.
Cleric Domains (5e): War & Trickery.
Holy Symbol: Two crossed longswords over a medium shield, or a dark-haired titan standing in a sea of blood beneath red lightning.
Favored Weapon: The Longsword.
Favored Colors: Blood-red, rust-brown, and midnight black.
Sacred Animals / Plants: The Hyena.
Core Dogma: "War is the only true constant; peace is a hollow illusion crafted by the weak. Fight. Destroy. Survive. The survivor becomes stronger, and is therefore right. If you are wronged, do not forgive and never forget. Take your bloody revenge. Your vengeance is the fuel that sparks the next war, ensuring the eternal cycle of strength continues."
Tenets for Followers:
"Fight. If there is no active war near you, find a way to start sylvan conflict."
"Take your revenge. An eye for an eye, a life for a life. This is the ultimate law."
"Never seek peace or accept sylvan diplomatic compromise; forgiveness is a sin."
Sins & Taboos:
"To forgive an enemy or allow a personal grudge to settle without bloodshed."
"To miss an opportunity to maliciously instigate a fight between sylvan factions."
Pillar Alignment: A God in the Pillar of Death under Ezma. He reports conceptually to Saery (Major God of Judgment) to balance the karmic scales through blood-feuds. Because his wars represent violent sylvan transitions, he operates with leeway under Eltithalci's High Pillar of Change.
Allies: Gruumsh. They are close allies of convenience; Mok loves war for its destructive cycles, while Gruumsh loves war for sylvan territorial conquest.
Name of the Church: The Cycle of Revenge (The War-Makers).
Temple Description: Heavy iron fortresses, active arsenals, or blood-stained trenches that smell perpetually of iron, rust, and death.
The Whispers of Vengeance: Mok arose from the ashes of the old world's conflicts. When the old world collapsed, Mok claimed the raw, cyclical sylvan nature of vengeance, realizing that the sweet taste of revenge is the most effective instigator of future wars. His most famous deed was whispering the exact location of a legendary sylvan warlord's killer to his grieving son, sparking a blood-feud that consumed three kingdoms for a century, proving that a single act of revenge can fuel a perpetual engine of destruction.
