Note: Directions are slightly different between the Google applications as seen below: Google Docs/Slides, Google Sheets, Google Photos, and Google Forms.
Open Google Document
Click File
Click Download
Click PDF Document (.pdf)
The PDF document will automatically be downloaded to your Downloads folder or whichever location is your default.
File name will be the name of the Google document,
Check your destination folder to make sure item saved as a PDF as well as to move it to a folder on your computer
Open PDF to review and make changes if needed.
Open Google Document
Click File
Click Download
Click PDF (.pdf)
5. At the "Print settings" page choose any of the following settings :
current sheet/entire workbook, paper size, page orientation, scale,
margins, formatting, and headers/footers.
6. Click Export
7. The PDF document will automatically be downloaded to your
Downloads folder or whichever location is your default.
8. File name will be the name of the Google document
9. Check your destination folder to make sure item saved as a PDF as
well as to move it to a folder on your computer
10. Open PDF to review and make changes if needed.
Open Google Photos
Click the photo/album you want
click the More options button (3 vertical dots) in the upper right corner of screen
Click Download original
A JPG will automatically be downloaded to your Downloads folder or whichever location is your default.
The file name will be the name of the Google photo
Open the destination folder, locate the photo, and follow the directions on the "Convert JPG to PDF" page.
Open Google Form
Click the More Options button (3 vertical dots) in the upper right corner of screen
Click Print
4. Click arrow next to "Destination" and choose Save as PDF
5. Change other settings as needed (paper size, margins, scale, etc).
6. Click Save
7. Choose your destination folder
8. The File name will be the name of the Google Form
9."Save as Type" should say Adobe Acrobat
Document
10. Click Save
11. Check your destination folder to make sure item
saved as a PDF as well as to move it to a folder
on your computer
12. Open PDF to review and make changes if
needed.
