In order to accommodate different accessibility options for viewing the documents in an eDossier, the following formats are preferred by the Tenure & Promotion committee:
Whenever possible, documents should be saved in PDF format rather than in editable formats (i.e. Word or Excel) to ensure better readability and security of materials. Check this page for directions to create PDF documents from a variety of different file types.
Any links used within a document (i.e. website showcase) should be made only to stable content that is not subject to change by anyone, including the candidate, during the review period.
If there is evidence that cannot be digitized, submit a physical copy to VPAA’s Office at the time all digital files are uploaded to the ePortfolio.
Add a quick note to the ePortfolio noting the physical evidence and which category it belongs to.
Your campus Google Drive has unlimited storage, this includes both your personal account and the Google Drive folder created by the VPAA's Office.
You can upload up to 5TB per individual file.
