Your eDossier should provide a comprehensive overview of your academic and professional career to date with an emphasis on your achievements since you became an employee of Elms College. Explicit instructions as to the narratives and supporting documentation required in four areas--general information, teaching, scholarship, and service--are provided below. You can also add items and documentary evidence of accomplishments that would be required in a tenure application in the final section, "Items Being Developed for the Tenure Portfolio."

Exploratory narrative of the faculty member's professional development in all three criteria areas thus far.
Exploratory narrative explaining how your teaching style/philosophy has evolved.
Plans, with evidence, of progress towards meeting the tenure criteria for teaching
Evidence of knowledge of the discipline (e.g. terminal degree)
Statement on the definition of professional development in your discipline
Documentary evidence of how you communicate with students.
Documentary evidence of how you create a learning environment.
Copies of Student Evaluations for the courses you want to use as examples in your narrative about your teaching methodology.
Copies of syllabi for the courses you want to use as examples in your narrative about your teaching methodology.
Provide an outline of your goals with respect to the development of new programs, courses, and modes of teaching.
Statement on scholarship in your discipline
Exploratory narrative explaining how your scholarship meets the standards of your discipline and has evolved during your career, especially with respect to your employment at Elms College.
Plans, with evidence, of progress towards meeting the tenure criteria for scholarship.
Supporting evidence (e.g. publications, conference program with your name listed among presenters) of any progress you have already made towards meeting the scholarship criteria.
Provide an outline of your goals with respect to new scholarship/research projects whether as an individual or a collaborator with other scholars, or as a supervisor of students’ research.
An exploratory narrative of your service to the faculty, division, school, and College.
Supporting evidence such as lists or summaries of work accomplished on committees.
Provide an outline of your goals with respect to service to the college (e.g. chairing committees/divisions, directing programs), the community (e.g. local boards), and your profession (e.g. leadership role in professional organizations).
These items are not required or expected to be completed by the Third Year Review. However, the eDossier should include plans or goals indicating how these future requirements will be met.

Supporting evidence of Level III scholarship such as attendance at conferences, and drafts of scholarship or creative projects.
List and description of the candidate's leadership role(s), years of service in these roles, and accomplishments (committee(s), division/school, or College).
An annotated list of professional organizations of which the candidate is a member.
A list of professional meetings attended (list dates, locations, and roles, and provide a brief explanation of the meetings’ significance/relevance).
