The Timeline listed below includes the dates and responsibilities associated with the steps to be taken by the Senior Executive Administrative Coordinator for Academic Affairs and the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.
Steps 1-5 include the dates when the VPAA's office should create and share/unshare Google Drive ePortfolio folders for Third Year Review candidates. Step 6 includes the date by which the Vice-President of Academic Affairs informs the faculty member if their contract is being renewed or not. If needed the VPAA's Office can review the candidates' Third Year Review Timeline.
At the time of hire
The VPAA's Office will create a Google Folder for each new faculty member. That folder will serve as the template for the faculty member’s draft folder as they gather material for their future Third Year Review.

The VPAA's office will share the Third Year Review folder with the faculty member only. A template is available for faculty to use on their own computers or Google Account to build their portfolios.
On October 1st of the 5th semester
The VPAA's Office will "unshare" the Third Year Review folder with the faculty member only. If October 1st falls on a weekend, unshare the folder the first business day after.
On October 1st of the 5th semester
The VPAA's Office will request Third Year Review Committee member names, if needed
The VPAA's office will share the Third Year Review folder with the Third Year Peer Review Committee only . If October 1st falls on a weekend, share the folder the first business day after.

On November 1st of the 5th semester
The VPAA's Office will "unshare" the Third Year Review folder with the Third Year Review Peer Review Committee. If November 1st falls on a weekend, unshare the folder the first business day after.

The VPAA's Office will "unshare" the Third Year Review folder with the VPAA & the President.
At the conclusion of the Third Year Review Process
The VPAA's Office will unshare all folders when the Third Year Review Process in complete.
The VPAA's Office will retain all Google Folders for each faculty member for future reference. Folders must remain unchanged after October 1st (no updates or new uploads allowed).
By March 15th of the 6th semester
The Vice-President will inform the tenure-track faculty member, the Chair, and the Dean whether or not the tenure-track faculty member’s contract is being renewed.
If the Vice-President decides to renew the tenure-track faculty member’s contract, the Vice-President will meet with the Chair or Dean, the Tenure-Track Faculty Mentor, and tenure-track faculty member at the conclusion of the review process to discuss the results of the review and make recommendations for successful continuation in the tenure-track program. This meeting should take place by March 15 of the 6th semester.”
