As of Fall 2020 all Third Year Review and Tenure dossiers must be submitted electronically to the VPAA’s Office via Google Drive. The Guidelines listed on the following pages provide an overview of how to access the Google Drive ePortfolio folder, how to create PDF files, and how to upload evidence.
Third-Year Review documents and evidence will be added to the Google Drive folder by the candidate by September 31. To promote consistency in assessment and ensure all digital documents are in the correct order for reading, the Tenure & Promotion Committee recommends that the candidate organizes their evidence using the directions on these pages.
