The following are basic directions to upload files to the Official VPAA's Google Drive ePortfolio folder using the Windows 10 Operating System.
Open the Official Google Drive ePortfolio folder, using one of the following two methods:
Use link sent in email from the VPAA's Office
Open Google Drive
Click on Shared with me, which is located on the left-side navigation
Locate & click on ePortfolio folder
There are two ways to upload to Google Drive – Direct upload or drag and drop
Direct Upload
Select or create the Mandatory top-level folder (i.e. General Materials, Teaching Effectiveness, etc)
To upload FILES only:
Click New
Click File Upload
Locate and select the folder(s) you want
Click Upload
The folder(s) & all files will be uploaded to the ePortfolio folder
Drag and Drop
Select or create the Mandatory top-level folder (i.e. General Materials, Teaching Effectiveness, etc)
Open Windows File Explorer (document folder)
Navigate to location folder(s) or files are saved in
Select folder(s) or files
Drag and drop into the Google Drive folder
