In order to maintain the confidentiality of an applicant's eDossier, the Tenure and Promotion Committee requests that you make your documents READ-ONLY when you add them to the official Google Drive folder. If you're not sure how to do that, please use the following directions:
In Google Drive
Open folder with ePortolio documents in them
Highlight all documents in the folder at the same time
Right-click on any one of the highlighted documents
Click "Share" (Figure 1)

Click the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner (Figure 2)
Uncheck the boxes for the following (Figure 3):
"Editors can change permissions and share"
"Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy"
Click the back arrow, located in the upper left next to the word "Settings"
Click "Done"
