The syllabus challenges students to consider different multimedia scenarios to more deeply consider how hardware has pushed software development, how software has pushed hardware development and how both of these have enhanced multimedia systems.
This presentation covers some considerations of demands placed on hardware by techniques or scenarios such as image colour depths and resolution, audio sample rates, video resolution and techniques like tweening, and morphing.
The presentation below is made to be viewed "as is", without speaker notes as a guide to student note taking and discussion.
