This site began with Software Design and Development (remember that? I do), then grew. In 2022 I merged my three Google Sites into one. As the SDD site was (by quite some way) the most complex of these sites, it became the host of the others. Then in late 2022, I changed the "base" URL to seniorcomputing, to reflect the many courses being taught or developed.
These pages have been made with many helpers, from students and colleague teachers in IPT, SDD, IT Multi , EC and SE from 2016-2024 and is dedicated with the utmost thanks and respect to all my colleagues and students across the years.
A special dedication to Dean Lane, a good friend and wonderful colleague.

Sad Face emoji (Yes, I can use one, I choose not to!) - the legacy courses:
Information Processes and Technology: First assessed in the HSC Class of 2001, may it rust in pieces for the final time in 2024.
Software Design and Development - 2001 to 2024, we hardly knew you!
Other resources that may be useful to you:
Online privacy and safety - A series of slide decks and videos that encourage you to take your online presence seriously. They contain the author's opinioin, based on a lot of research from valid sources, noted in the presentations.
Connecting devices to NSWDET wifi - a resource to help students connect PCs, Mac and iPads to the detnsw wifi. Watch to the end please!
NESA's Computing pages. Good for syllabuses, resources, past papers and general nerdiness.
St Marys Senior High School Open Day resources: Wondering about Computing and TAS at St Marys? These Linktrees are a good starting point.
Computer Science Unplugged - a useful resource for teaching computing concepts.
Teach Game Design - you know how everyone wants to become a game designer? This resource teacher board game design, but is just as valid for video game design. Also an excellent resource to use if you plan to teach a "general" computing course with a theme!
This web admin is in no way afflilated with Kathleen's site, but does think it's awesome, and recommends you go there at once to get some excellent resources.
