Virtual Mobility in Badajoz
Due to the outbreak of the COVID19 the mobility which was about to take place in Badajoz in March 2020 had to be cancelled. Everything was ready to take place but a week before the mobility most European countries entered a lockdown and all travel was called off.
We kept in touch but the situation did not get better for a long time and educational authorities advised that student travel was not possible.
We could get an extension of the project for another 12 months. In this extension we have been working together online and the results of this collaboration have been to achieve outputs for the project.
• First and foremost the exhibition could have been set up a year later than expected, but in the wonderful gallery and the same conditions.
• We have created a calendar with some of the artworks of the project. We gave away the calendar to promote the project
• We have held a virtual mobility event in Badajoz to present the artistic and cultural heritage of Badajoz and Extremadura, to show some of the workshops done at our school and the projects that are being carried out and to show all the things related to the exhibition.
