Student Interviews
Students of all grade levels were asked questions concerning how they felt about this school year and what they have been looking forward to. Annabell Michel said she was looking forward to homecoming because of the theme and Brayden Radford said he was looking forward to homecoming because it is his first homecoming and his friends are going. However, Kiley Bun isn’t looking forward to homecoming because of how strict the dress code is for girls. Sarah Dusrajh said she wanted to see a photography club start at DHS and Kiley Bun said they wanted to see a pottery club. Brayden Radford said he hoped to see a haunted house during the DHS October activities, Sarah Dusrajh said she was looking forward to a pumpkin carving contest and Annabell Michel said she was looking forward to a scary movie night. Spirit Week and Fall Festival
The Fall Festival will be on October 29th, opening at 5 pm. There will be activities such as a DJ, painting, Karaoke and even haunted house to enjoy for $3. Prior to the beginning of the event, there will be a movie night for students to stay after school along with concessions to be sold during the movie night and festival.
