Club spotlight

Anime Club!

Mx. Kitchens is the sponsor for Anime Club. In anime club, the students talk and learn about Japanese culture and art forms, and the students can look forward to reading and watching anime and manga. Students can attend anime club on Wednesdays at the beginning half of flex in Mx. Kitchens’ room, if anyone would like to learn more about anime and manga, and meet new people that also enjoy anime.

Student interviews

Students were asked questions about our DHS frosty fest and the upcoming holiday season! Abeni Clarke, Mia Campos and Michaella Cineus all plan on attending the Frosty fest on December 10th. Michaella Cineus is looking forward to the games and food and Mia Campos is looking forward to the escape room. Mia Campos said her favorite holiday movies are Home alone and The Grinch with Jim Carrey. Abeni Clarke said her favorite holiday movie is Charlie Brown Christmas. Abeni Clarke, Mia Campos and Michaella Cineus all look forward to the cooler weather coming in December.
