Topic 7: Advantage of exercise

Regular exercises will help in maintaining a good health, because exercise will improve physical fitness, and prevent diseases such as respiratory disease etc. However, exercise should be done in the right and proper way. A person should know the principles of exercise appropriate with gender, age, place, and equipment. Today, people exercise for good health by playing sports, focusing on the improvement of physical and mental health, maintain a good health, improve for a better health, and prevent diseases associated with lack of exercise, as well as to modify or restore the body after certain diseases. Moving and exercising with the proper techniques and ways are very beneficial to the health.

1. It is benefits the respiratory system and keeps heart and lungs strong. While exercising, heart and muscles will be fully functional. The lungs will fully inhale and not putting up all the air which helps to purify the blood.

2. It is beneficial for the blood circulation because the good functioning of the heart and the lungs. They will have the power to squeeze, pump and purify blood effectively and prevent heart disease.

3. It is beneficial to the muscle system. Muscles and skeleton will be fully stretched and shrunk which helps the body to be strong and elastic and able to work without getting tired.

4. It is beneficial for the body metabolism because movement and exercise will lead the body to use energy. All body systems have to work. The metabolism will function, and all food will be used effectively without accumulation, especially fat which give a lot of energy will not be accumulated in the body
