This information relates to natural growth and human development. Whenever humans start to develop and grow, they need to take care of their health and develop a habit of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for both the individual and the family. They also should learn how to avoid behaviors that can put an individual’s or family’s wellbeing at risk.
Expected learning outcome:
1. Be able to explain natural growth and development in humans.
2. Be able to explain the principals of good health practices as well as care taking of individual’s and family’s wellbeing.
3. Be able to explain how to develop a habit of maintaining a good healthy lifestyle, and maintain the individual’s and family’s wellbeing.
4. Be able to explain how to prevent and avoid behaviors that can put individual’s health at risk by applying living skills.
