Personal health care includes body cleansing and hygiene to prevent sicknesses and live a

happy life.


The right treatments for personal healthare as follows

1. Cleanliness of the body: Should shower at least twice a day in the morning and before bedtime to keep the body clean.

2. Oral hygiene: Should brush teeth at least twice a day, not chew hard food stuff and be aware of ulcers in the mouth. If the gums are inflamed, one should seek medical advice.

3. Ear care: Should not pick the ear with a hard matter or use ear drops without doctor’s prescription.

4. Nose care: Should not use a hard matter to pick in the nose or use nasal spray or nose drops without a doctor’s prescription.

5. Eyes care: Do not rub the eyes with the hands because they might not be clean and germs might get inside the eyes. Should not use eyes drop without doctor’s prescription. If dust entered the eyes, should rinse the eyes in clean water or eye wash.

6. Hands and feet care: Should wash hands every time before eating and after using the toilet. Should wear shoes when going out to prevent foot diseases, such as parasites, dermatitis and being injured by sharp objects. Should wash feet before going to bed.

7. Hair and scalp care: Should wash the hair at least 2-3 times a week. Should brush the hair every day, and should not curl or set hair too often because it can damage the hair.

8. Cleanliness of the clothes and bedclothes: Should change clothes everyday and clean them to prevent the accumulation of germs; also regularly wash bed sheets and pillow covers and dry in the sunlight.





How to build a good health care habit

1. To prevent spreading of infections to others one should use a handkerchief to cover mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing.

2. Should not spit in public areas or on the road because it defects personality and may spread diseases indirectly.

3. Should wash hands before and after eating and choose clean food containers. Choose clean cooked food, fresh cooked food and food free of flies to prevent infection with diseases.

4. Regularly exercise at least 30 minutes per day.

5. Should sleep at least 8-10 hours per day.

6. Should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.

7. Regularly clean clothes and bedclothes.

8. Avoid drugs such as tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, heroin, amphetamine etc.
