HIGH SCHOOL MUSICIANS: I want all performing artists to have the opportunity to continue to congregate safely throughout the school year AND be in an environment of - learning music. Much of my traditional curriculum relies on being in a rehearsal classroom and having regular contact and opportunities for group ensemble work with in person immediate feedback. To prepare for the uncertainty, the curriculum will need to be much more flexible.

Living in the age of COVID 19, a lot is up in the air regarding performances and music festivals. We will prepare as if these events will occur.

Whether you or your student are in high school or middle school, each unit will be designed around three to four Performance Indicators (PIs), two to three of which will be art PIs from the three fine art Proficiency Based Graduation Requirements (PBGRs) (Create, Present, and Respond & Connect) as well as one Habits of Success (HOS).
