Graduation
Even though seniors are done with academics they still have a busy week ahead of them before officially being done at CHS.
Seniors will also be able to attend the senior walk that will take place on Monday, May 16. Seniors will be able to walk the halls of their former elementary school, intermediate school, and middle school and the halls of Conroe.
“I’m very excited to walk my old schools that I attended for the very last time” said senior Judith Hernandez
Seniors will have the opportunity to attend the senior sunset and that will be the last social event for the year. The senior sunset takes place on May 18th from 7-8p.m..

Ticket pick up was May 18th at Moorhead Stadium from 8am-10am. If there are any additional tickets the staff will let anyone who needs them know. Each senior receives four tickets for their family members to attend graduation but there will be additional seating on the grass area.
“I have 16 family members attending my graduation, the oldest will sit in the seating area and the rest on the grass area” said Jeralitza Lopez
On May 19 the senior class of 2022 will be graduating. The event will take place at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion at 7p.m..
“This moment feels unreal and I’m not sure if it has set in yet but I'm overly excited and I'm patiently waiting for the tears to come.” Senior Lydia Cushingberry
Seniors will be wearing proper clothing like females wear a dress or nice blouse attire underneath their cap and gown and males wear slacks and a nice shirt.
“For graduation I will be wearing all black. Black slacks, Dr. Marten loafers, black tie and my honor cords.” Senior Luis Salinas
Several seniors has already chosen their plans after high school
“I will be attending the University of North Texas, where I plan on majoring in marketing. I'm so grateful to have received a full tuition scholarship,” Debby Barba said.
