Fraction Using Playdough by Aksara Arya Pradipta

Blueprint of My Dream House by Danish Alfiano Pramasatya
Blueprint of My Dream House is a Math project where the students are able to design their own dream house blueprint with any kind of style and any kind of room that they want. In doing so, not only do they expand their creativity at its fullest, they also learn some mathematical skill along the way. When designing the dream house blueprint, they have to estimate how big each room and each spot spesifically. Also, they have to decide what are the shapes of each room and each spot, is it rectangle, square, and so on. Furthermore, they also need to calculate the area and perimeter of certain rooms. Thus, they can get deeper understanding about 2D shape properties, area, and perimeter while having fun as well in taking an architect role and designing their dream house blueprint.

When I Build My House by Zara Azami
I chose math as my playground of learning project. In this project, I become an architect who designed the blueprint of my dream house. As you can see, there are swimming pool, bed room, dining room, playground, and more. After finishing the blueprint, I need to calculate the area, perimeter, angles, and shapes properties of each room. In this blueprint, each box in the paper represents 1 m. For example, in the playground 5x5 it means the perimeter is 20 meters long! Can you imagine how wide it is! I wonder if someday I can build a house like what I have made in the blueprint.

Finding Dragon Ball's Pieces by Alexander Junya Rashid
Math 4 Program has a series of missions to collect seven dragon balls in order to save Four Island from destructions. In this activity, I want to show you how to collect nine pieces of the third dragon ball. I use my skill to read and find coordinates, so I can match the clues with each piece's position on the map. It is quite challenging because I need to read the coordinate carefully and match it with the x and y axis to finally find the location. At the same time, I enjoy this kind of activity because it is fun to apply my coordinate skills to solve the puzzle. In real life, this skill is useful to find locations on maps.
Geometricity Project by Nathan Phillbert Liauw
This Math project is one of exciting ones because I enjoy crafting and building the city. I make my geometricity with paper and equipment from my learning kit. The equipments are cubes, glue, paper, origami, scissors, paint, stick, coloring pencils and strings.
By doing this project, I learned that knowing area and perimeter makes it easy for designing a city. I also faced a challenge understanding perimeter and area of some objects, but the I overcome it by trying to apply the formula of perimeter and area in few minutes.
