We regularly use email to communicate information with parents, so it is important that you provide us with accurate contact details and specific information about where you would prefer our communications to be sent.
It is also important that we have your email, telephone and emergency numbers.
The details which the Admissions team currently have for you will be transferred onto our Parent Portal for the start of the new term in September.

From the start of term in September, the School will communicate with parents/carers via Parent Portal.
This is the platform where you will be able to access pupil assessments, reports and timetables plus invitations to Parent Evenings and other group communications which are specifically relevant to you and your child.
In August you will receive an email with advice on how you can access information on Parent Portal.
Your individual log-in details will be sent separately.
This is where your contact details are held and it is important that you keep these up to date at all times.
ParentPay is a cashless payment system which is used by parents/carers to pay fees, trips, lunches and other items online.

As a member of the CHS community, your External Relations team will keep you up to date with news from around the School.
We love celebrating achievements, big and small. So don’t forget to loop them in when emailing teachers with news and photos of your child’s extra special successes so they can help spread the good news.

Each fortnight, on a Friday afternoon, parents receive the School's regular e-newsletter.
This features the latest updates, news, holiday club information, as well as invitations to special events.
A newsletter is regularly emailed to all parents of children in the Junior School.
