*According to the Government of Punjab effective May 16, 2022. The school will facilitate virtual-Schooling 

 following the attached Virtual Mode Exam Instructions, Revision /Virtual Assessment Datesheet, Typology of Question papers*

*For Parents, Students, AV-Crew*

(1) A teacher will drop off the HWVA(Handwritten-Virtual-Assessment) link 05 minutes before the scheduled day of the Exam in the Class Whatsapp group.

(2) For Parents; 

(2.1) Receive the HWVA(Response Sheet bunch from school) & clear School fee dues (If any) prior to May 16, 2022, between 08:30 am to 03:00 pm)

(2.2) After finishing the Question paper(HWVA & Online Question Paper), The parents will drop off the Exam-sheets (Written copy) on the school campus(Office /Blooms- pavilion max 05:30 pm on the scheduled dates

(2) 31 May Tue,2022

(3) The Online Question paper submission timing will be observed to match the submission timeline of 11:40 am to 11:50 am.

(3.1) A 10 minutes margin time is given to meet up any sort of network issue or technical glitch.

(3.2) After the margin time over to submit your response, kindly contact your subject teacher.

(4) The parents of classes I to V are requested to help/assist their child to open, attempt, and submit the Virtual Exam.

Note: For Class IX,X and XII the Virtual time of exam and Marks may be exceeded the above time and marking divisions.

  *For Students*

(1) Wear school uniform during the virtual Assessment.

(2) Get up early and take a bath within the preceding hour to be present in virtual class on time.

(3) Keep arranging writing aids with the Exam-sheets(Provided by the School only) and a water bottle.

(4) Be on Camera, Keep Voice on mute mode (if asked to unmute then unmute yourself.)

(5) For any Question Raise your Virtual Hand.

(6) You will be on the Camera and the Screen will show the HWVA(Question Paper) attempt by you.

(7) If sheets are filled and you need more, can use notebook paper and attach it with the bunch of the Exam sheets.

(8) Once you finish the HWVA within 40 Minutes, you will be instructed the attempt the MCQ(Online question paper) for the next 60 minutes.) After finishing the Online Question paper click on the submit button.

(9) A virtual Exam schedule with time is written in the Datesheet, follow the schedule of the exam and get ready before 15 minutes with full power-backup of the cell phone or laptop.

HWVA(Handwritten Virtual Assessment)

Description of online question paper 

Question Paper(Exam) format:-

(A) Hand-Written -Virtual Assessment (HWVA):- This assessment takes under the TIMED Virtual Assessment for the online evaluation of the Class by the Subject Teacher within 40 Min. of time-duration.

(A.1) HERE, STUDENTS WILL WRITE ANSWERS UNDER SUBJECT- TEACHER'S LIVE OBSERVATION.  

Here, Students will write their Answers. Under the Subject-Teacher's Live Observation.

After finishing both the Question paper HWVA and Online(MCQ), the students /Parents will send the Written sheets picture on the mail address: assessment202223@gmail.com

 to record the evidence of the Exam. max 11:50am on the same day of exam.

Note:-

(1) Student will write their Roll number, Name, Class with section, and Subject on every Exam-sheet to recognize it well by the teacher.

(2) Page counting numbers(Write the total page number with a single page number on every sheet i.e. 1/10, 2/10, etc.
