*Theme:* Know Yourself, Self-Awareness
*Objective:* To enhance self-awareness and foster self-reflection amongst students.
*1. Activity: “All About Me” Drawing*
*Stage:* Foundational (Primary classes)
* *Teacher’s Instruction:*
* Ask students to draw themselves in the center of a sheet.
* Around the picture, they will draw/write:
* Their favorite color
* Favorite food
* Favorite toy/game
* One activity that makes them very happy
* *Instant prompts to speak while conducting:*
* “What makes you smile the most?”
* “Which food do you never say no to?”
* “If you had to choose one color to paint your world, which would it be?”
* *Expected Outcome:*
* Students develop a sense of identity and joy in expressing themselves.
*2. Activity: “My Strength Shield”*
*Stage:* Preparatory (Upper Primary)
* *Teacher’s Instruction:*
* Provide each student with a shield outline.
* Divide it into 4 parts where they will write/draw:
* “I am good at …”
* “I enjoy …”
* “I care about …”
* “I want to learn …”
* *Instant prompts to speak while conducting:*
* “Think of one thing you do better than others.”
* “What activity gives you energy and excitement?”
* “Who or what do you really care about?”

*3. Activity: Guided Self-Reflection Wheel*
*Stage:* Middle (Classes 6–8)
* *Teacher’s Instruction:*
* Create a circle divided into 5 sections:
* My best quality
* Something I want to improve
* What makes me happy
* What frustrates me
* A goal I want to achieve this year
* Students fill in their reflections individually.
* *Instant prompts to speak while conducting:*
* “If your best friend had to describe your best quality, what would they say?”
* “What do you think you can get better at this year?”
* “What situations make you feel frustrated, and how can you handle them better?”
* *Expected Outcome:*
* Students become aware of emotions, strengths, and areas of improvement.
*4. Activity: SWOT Analysis*
*Stage:* Secondary (Classes 9–12)
* *Teacher’s Instruction:*
* Ask students to prepare a *SWOT Chart* with 4 sections:
* Strengths (personal skills, qualities)
* Weaknesses (areas they struggle with)
* Opportunities (chances to grow academically/personal life)
* Threats (challenges or barriers)
* *Instant prompts to speak while conducting:*
* “What qualities give you an edge over others?”
* “Which habits sometimes stop you from doing your best?”
* “What opportunities do you see in your school life that can help you grow?”
* “What barriers or fears do you face that you want to overcome?”
