We urge families to send non-food items for the Birthday Celebration. Instead of a food item, please consider sending something for the class to enjoy such as a set of items for each child to keep such as pencils, pens, erasers, markers, etc.
Healthy snacks should be added for distribution as homemade items should be preferred for distribution...

*BAG MANAGEMENT,CLASS TEST, DAILY DIARY*
*To facilitate the work with the daily diary, we have planned a BAG MANAGEMENT, a CLASS TEST, a DAILY DIARY for the day so that students can better manage their daily schedule.*
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
*SCHOOL DIARY*
(1) There are only three diaries for classes 1 to 3 (2 for WRITING and 1 for a practice test).
(2) There are only four diaries for classes 4 to 8 (3 for WRITING and 1 for a practie test).
(3) For classes IX to XII, routine work and schedule of tests shall follow.
*BAG MANAGEMENT*
(1) Books and diaries shall be carried only in accordance with the Timetable.
(2) A surprise observation will load in a week.
*INSTRUCTION FOR THE TEACHERS' WELL-BEING AND THE SUBJECT TEACHER*
(1) Examine bag log, test and management, according to timetable.
(2) Ask for the schedules for the class Incharges.
*CLASS INCHARGES*
(1) Schedule diary, test and bag management, according to schedule.
(2) Set up a meeting with Teachers' WELLNESS for review.
*Weekly Test Schedule*
(1) A test programme shall follow for classes I to XII.
(2) An all-in-one test-book shall be maintained separately.
(3) The seed class test shall be conducted at the completion of the block run.
(4) A micro-test of 15 to 20 minutes must be carried out and, in classes IX to XII, a test must be carried out according to the CBSE examination policy of 15 to 20 minutes.

*AV-STUDENTS' -WORKFLOW-RITUAL* comes with
STUDENT NOTEBOOK REVIEW AUGUST MONTH 2021 PROGRAM.
A unique program to Review, support and leverage writing skills, such as legibility, to create own responses and spelling trainings.
Note to pupils and parents.
(1) Check and follow the review parameters to better maintain the notebook.
(2) The parameters are given in the Appendix.
Note For The Teachers.
(1] Notebook Review dates August 26 to August 28, 2021
(2) Get the link to the Av crew announcement under *Virtual-Links* called Notebook Review Link.
(3) The last date on which a report must be completed is August 28, 2021. (4) The subject well-being must confirm the task of the subject teacher on time.

*Notebook Completion Guidelines*
*under the AV-Students-Workflow-Rubric*
*Class I to XII*
(1) If any student prepares the Notebook up to August 4, 2021, Their writing work will take as Appreciation to their *Responsibility-field and the Hard work.*
*NOTE FOR THE TEACHERS*
(1.1) The Subject Teacher will do the General Inspection of the Students' Notebook, and their names will submit to *Mrs.Priyank Dhuriya* under the title *Responsibility-field and the Hard work.*
(1.2) THE LAST DATE TO SUBMIT THEIR NAMES IS AUGUST 12,2021.
(1.3) Subject Teachers can deposit it to their Coordinators also.
(2) Till August 4, 2021, any Chapter/Lesson/Unit is the inflow of the class Content shall take in writing by the Student.
(3) Any Work that is due or incomplete shall be provided a *PDF* (a Notebook) before Friday by the Subject-Teacher.
(4) Students are allowed to keep the Xerox of the previous or incomplete work or *PDF* as per their convenience.
