*Relaxing during Exam-Days*
As we are the nearest time to execute the UT-II /Final Exam from the first week of March 2022.
This time our child needs to be relaxed and scheduled in their daily routines.
(1) Do not overeat
(2) Get help from teachers and Parents for taking academics or scheduling.
(3) Keep sharing the learning task status with
Friends/Parents/Teachers.
(4) Maintain balance in the mood.
(5) Get 8 to 9 hours of sleep.
(6) Do not be confused, when feels like it does
Talk to your parents or your teacher.
(7) Have a light and healthy meals.
(8) Do not eat a lot of packaged food, which makes you less focused and unhealthy.
(9) Stay away from social media.
(10) The practice of writing, but discuss the topic much.
(11) Practice questions.
(12) Keep regular pauses during review or practice.
(13) Write neat and clean in exam.
Strengthen Your Child’s Endurance During Exams. Try to understand the behavior of your child on exam days and relax them as much as possible.
Open up conversations on a walk or at home, anywhere they feel comfortable talking to you.
(1) Adjust your Expectations; Nothing can stop your child to be succeeded. Rather than marks try to understand their nature of performance.
(2) Identifying Good and Bad Stress; Exams are one of the many challenges life brings which can result in stress. When stress gets out of hand it becomes anxiety.
Try to recognize the level of stress. Being with your child, talking, and spending time with a child gives much clarity to Good and Bad Stress.
(3) Boosting their energy levels; Keep eyes on their Health as well. Keep a check and schedule their diet and meal on time.
