 Welcome to AVPS-Rituals where our mission is to empower individuals to ask questions and live with the Q-factor! One of our central rituals since our establishment in 2001 is designating new crew members to the AVPS Fazilka group. This process involves the esteemed presence of Mr. Raman Watts, Chairman of the A V Public School in Fazilka, along with the founding Principal, Ms. Sangita, who have been instrumental in bringing internationally advanced schooling to the city. Over the years, we have grown to become a community of over 2000 families of students and crew members.

(2)Teachers Well-Being program; Guided program with STEPUP help at every level of profile.

(3) Inlet Program; A complete induction program to Predetermine the Class penetration.

(4) AVPS-ENCIRCLE-PROGRAM; a global growth program welcomes all such programs, events, competitions over the Globe. National to international events and competitions and includes local, state, and International ASSOCIATIONS  to elevate and encircle rich-thoughts and multi-dimension to the students and curate the precision steps to relativity.

(7) SUBSEQUENTLY ASSESSMENTS; It covers all essential deeds and procedures before taking class assessments and formal assessments.

(8) On-Board-Session; To orientate and built-in competency in teachers throughout the year to introduce the new ritual of AVPS or competency.

(9) PTM; Development Discourse upon the students' daily happening, progression in all-edges-levels.

(10) PARADIGM SHEET (P.S.); Students' way to perceive and cognition level sheet for class (VI TO XII)

(11) PARADIGM / VISUAL CUES/POCKET CARDS (P.S.); Students' way to perceive and cognition level for class (I TO V)

(12) Performance /understanding Enrichment Program (PEP); it takes on the pre-examination days to perform ON THE TAUGHT CONTENTS.

(13) PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (PFM)

A STUDENT BEHAVIOUR, COGNITION-MAPPING, PERFORMANCE, COMES UNDER THE PFM WHICH BECOMES BRIDGE BETWEEN ALL STAKEHOLDERS TO LEVERAGE THE STUDENT ADAPTABILITY AND COGNITION-LEVERAGE-NOTCH ANDALLINED-FOCUS ON THE UNDER PERFORMERS.

(14) COGNITION-LEVERAGE-SESSION;(CLS)

STUDENTS WHO NOT FIT IN THE SUBSEQUENTLY-ASSESSMENT OR THE REGUR REVISION/PRACTICE OR LEARNINGS ARE INFUSE IN THE PROCESS OF THE

COGNITION-LEVERAGE-SESSION BY THE AVAILABLE SUBJECT TEACHER OR THE OWN-SUBJECT TEACHER.

(15) REGULAR TO THE NEXT CLASS* IS QUICKY KNOWN (*RTNC*).

Here, a child has completely taken care *what he/she knows? , How much in the bonded time the performance can be leverage without stress and breaking their personal-interest at *day-level*

(16) MOM; Minutes of the meeting sessions to oversee the current status of school/class operations and any event record and consist of any operations Team-Head or Short- Event-Team-Head.

(17) ROADMAP; It brings the weekly CLASS-CONTENT-PENETRATION at shareable hand to the team-heads and the parents.

(19) PRE-PRIMARY PROGRAMS; We call it Blooms' programs

(19.1) COSMIC MOTION; It comes every month level and leverages children's learning to the  UNIVERSE to correspond with moves.

(19.2) VALUE CREATIONS; A monthly program to invoke Humanly and Indian Rituals (Aham brahsmi) to build value creations in Students' daily life level.

(19.3) DAILY LIFESTYLE SKILL; A present time needs and Cautions at worldly levels.

(19.4) Qualitative Assessment (QA) = Qualitative judgments of children's activities, the status of their health, nutrition, physical and social well-being.

(19.6) AV GIG MEET; A school assembly program is known GIG MEET to give BIG hands opportunity to the Blooms to 1st-grade students in small communities to understand and deep learning of the public, outdoor steps, and focusing on to speak and understand one's feeling towards the family to society

(25) BACKPLANE; It shows the work execution plan of any event or operation with the name of the task, doers with the  end time, and dates.

(26) CONNECTOME; is the most powerful way to transform the most-expected and desired way to disseminate in assembly time.

(27) PODCAST; It is a digital radio collaboration to provide students quick-know more on their INTEREST at any time anywhere. We specially imbibe it in the Connectome times.

(28) INSTANT JOURNAL; It keeps all happening of a student's BEHAVIOUR in a book commonly known as INSTANT JOURNAL to take precision-aware-decision on a student's pertaining behaviors.

(29) PEP TALKS; A versatile platform to bring IDEAS that matters and workable for society and affect our students' life in real-time discussion at school.

(30) *Gap session;* It comes throughout the year. Following the Scheme of studies, Internal Assessments, Class Evaluations, or any study GAP at the end of the student or School level.

(31)*Marking Method at Class/Regular Assessments;* We work on the   UNATTEMPTED MARKS using the Plus (+) marks. e.g., If a student scores 4 out of 10, then we write +6 to bridge the Gap of patterns or, and A teacher will design a Session under PEP OR CLS.Also taken the follow-up in the Portfolio of a student.
