*Important CBSE Announcement on Attendance For Grade X and XII*
75% Attendance is a Must: You need a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for the board exams
Proper Leave Procedures:
For
medical reasons, you must submit a leave application with valid medical documents at the time of availing leave
For
any other reason, you must inform the school of your absence in writing with a valid reason
Unapproved absence will be considered unauthorized leave
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
If you are found absent without proper leave records during a CBSE inspection, you may be treated as a "non-attending/dummy candidate"
The Board will not allow such students to appear for the examinations
Condonation for Shortage:
In cases of emergency, such as
prolonged illness, death of a parent, or participation in national/international sports events, a 25% relaxation on the attendance requirement may be offered
To request condonation, you must provide mandatory documents like a parent's request, medical certificates from a Government Doctor, or a death certificate
No changes to attendance records are permitted once the school has submitted shortage cases to the CBSE.
The deadline for schools to submit shortage of attendance cases is
January 7th of the academic session
Cases without the mandatory documents will be rejected

🗝️ **Key Examination Details (2025–26)**
* **Three Examinations:** CBSE will conduct a total of **three examinations** for the academic session 2025–26:
1️⃣ **Main Examinations** for Classes X and XII – **February/March 2026**
2️⃣ **Second Examinations** for Class X – **Tentatively May 2026**
3️⃣ **Supplementary Examinations** for Class XII – **Tentatively July 2026**
⚠ **Importance of Data Accuracy:**
It is **mandatory** that all student details and subjects are submitted correctly during the registration process and **List of Candidates (LOC)**.
❌ Any errors can cause **delays, complications, or rejection** during the examination process.

*From the point of view of the CBSE release (CBSE/COORD/REGN/2022/), the CBSE has started the registration process, there are some prerequisites for parents.
Please follow or confirm the inventory list and contact the office from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.*
(1) Indicate the *full name* of the student, mother, and mother.
(2) Check the name of the student in the other card, school record, and birth certificate.
(3) If planning outside India in the future, confirm the first and last names.
(4) *Provide passport size photo with photo click date(at the bottom of the picture.*.
(5) *Pay the THIRD quarter along with the Board's examination fee.*
6) *You are advised to review the school for the Student Update Date Review and sign it for the validation of the student information for the registration process.*
