One-Day Educational Field Trip

Greetings from AVPS!
We are excited to announce that AVPS is organizing a one-day educational field trip to Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala.
Trip Details:
- Date: April 30, 2025
- Departure Time: 5:00 a.m. from school building
- Fare: ₹. 1600/ per student (inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Important Instructions:
- Dress Code: School house uniform is mandatory.
- Every student must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) form.
- If your child has any medical condition or allergy, please provide details in the NOC form.
- Seats are limited.
Essential Items to Carry:
- Water bottle
- Small towel
- some dry eatable things
Booking and Payment:
To secure your child's seat, please:
1. Inform your class teacher by phone
2. Deposit the fare in advance to book the seat

(1) The Trip will depart from the Shashtri Chowk in the early morning 05:30 am on 1st Nov. 2022*
(1.1) Parents are required to drop and pick up their Child on the Shashtri Chowk.
(1.2) Pick up time after tripping on Shashtri Chowk between 08:00pm to 08:30pm.
(2) Trip contribution of 1500/- per student.
