Hello, my name is Malaya Rhiann.
I am a year 12 student at the Brit School, currently studying Film and Media Production and English Literature.
It is the study of media as a whole; we cover aspects of radio broadcasting, film, tv and photography. I aim to leave Brit with 3x Distinctions in the UAL: Creative Media Diploma as well as an A in AS English Literature.
Now, less about me and more about you and your business.
I have been corresponding with the owner of the business; Vanessa Brown and we’ve briefly discussed the main focus, aims, menu and vision of the Wings Spot.
The Wings Spot is a new up and coming business catering for people of all ages and all incomes. I am pleased to find a company which is considerate of their audiences pockets whilst providing quality and appealing food.
The wings Spot makes several variations of craft chicken wings ranging from regular to buffalo to jerk. They also provide multiple flavoursome side dishes for example red ‘slaw and sweet potato fries which I’m sure will go down a treat with customers.
The variety of items on the menu appeal to such a wide audience that it’s inevitable that the business will thrive.
The business is set to launch in May 2018 and will be based in Old Spitlefields Market, E1. There will be a few competitors but the business has its affordable price range, is of amazing quality and the food has outstanding flavour so I’m sure it’ll do fine.
