This is the script for the short film in which I produced, directed and edited - Little Venice. This is available for view down below or at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtC7IbAC2C0. This script was given to my actors - although it was further develop and changed during the filming task for greater emphasis and development of the narrative.
For this task we had to portray continuity within a conversation of our choice between two people. This film includes the 180 degree rule which enables it to flow successfully, having shot reverse shot embedded into it as well allows the audience to relate with the characters further through the intimacy provided by the camera. Match on action was successful in leading up to the tragedy that is to follow. I do think I stuck to the continuity theme pretty well during the conversation. We had to generate a storyboard and script to help aid the production of this task. To improve this I'd render it to improve the quality of the final product and I'd also retake shots that were wrong to create a more serious mood.
