Galentine’s Day

Galentine's day focuses on the single ladies on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is mainly a couple thing, but you can't forget the girls without a valentine. Galentine’s helps ladies realize they don't need a man. This day makes the single ladies feel good about themselves and realize that relationships aren't needed to be happy.
On Galentine’s Day there are a couple of different events. Even though guys get very jealous over this rule, during lunch girls are allowed to cut the line. Also, when walking around the hallways in between periods, music is played to hype everyone up. The school celebrates this day just to show girls need to appreciate themselves no matter what.
Badin does its best to make this day special and loving. They want them to show the girls that they don't need a man to celebrate this holiday. The school wants to show that you can have a good day without a man.
Galentine’s is meant to make feel single or even taken girls proud of who they are. Single ladies, it’s okay to spend the night with your dog instead of your crush. Just remember, don't worry about if you have a valentine or not. Just spend the night hanging out with friends, watching your favorite movie, and pampering yourself. Being single isn't the end of the world, just be happy and don't worry about guys. This goes for girls with boyfriends too. Galentine’s day makes you want to realize you are perfect just being you.
