I’ve grown up hearing the words: “Family is the most important thing.” This phrase, uttered by family members, installed a sense of pride and motivation in me through all stages of my life. My work allowed me to explore my family's lives and discover what pivotal moments shaped them into who they are. By creating capsules that resemble their stories, I was able to share a glimpse into my family's challenges and feelings. This exploration of family through stories established in me a deeper importance of what a family is and how beautifully unique it can be.
