The Hydrocephalus Association is an organization that is trying to find a cure for hydrocephalus and improve the lives of those impacted by the condition. They are trying to accomplish this by collaborating with patients, caregivers, and researchers in the industry to raise awareness and fund innovative, high-impact research to prevent, treat and ultimately cure hydrocephalus. My project stems from my brother passing away from Hydrocephalus, which could have been prevented if only he was not misdiagnosed. I want my project to teach others what Hydrocephalus is and how they can be more aware of the condition that impacts more than 700,000 Americans.

For my senior thesis, I have decided to redesign the Hydrocephalus Association logo and website. Along with that, I made the choice to include informational posters and two infographics that include some more factual information about hydrocephalus and its symptoms. With all of the elements included within my project, people are guaranteed to learn something about Hydrocephalus and be more aware of the condition.
