Best Halloween Costumes at AST

Halloween is when most of us look forward to dressing up in costumes. It is the day we all get to express ourselves, trick-or-treat, and scare others. This year, I must say many of you really outdid yourselves! Although I liked all the costumes, I had my favorites. In this article, I'll share what I think were the top three best costumes at AST this year.
1.ㅤMiss Argentina (Beetlejuice)
I must say this one was my favorite. I loved how seventh-grader Fabiola Rosa took her time to actually make herself look like Miss Argentina from Beetlejuice. I loved the outfit. I admire that she woke up at 5:00 a.m. to get herself ready. I like how she hand-made her sash. She looked gorgeous and amazing in that costume.
2. Mrs. Minerva McGonagall (Harry Potter)
I loved Mrs. Lagos' costume of Mrs. McGonagall from the Harry Potter series. Her costume was so detailed, and it looked similar to Mrs. McGonagall’s actual clothes in the films! I really liked her costume idea and how she even included a hat and a wand from the Universal Studios Harry Potter store. I think Mrs. Lagos' costume was the best costume of the teachers'.
3. Mr. Roy’s Costume
Although I am not sure what he was dressed up as, I really liked Mr. Roy Nelson’s costume. I think he was original and came up with a great idea for a costume. I found it interesting that his wings could open and close; they moved! I also liked the mask he was wearing.
In conclusion, I think everyone dressed up nicely and tried their best. I hope you had a wonderful Halloween. It was nice seeing many people in costumes. It was hard for me to decide which were the best costumes, but I chose these because they were my personal favorites. 'Hope you had a spooky Halloween. 👻
