The ICT and Business Department uses a range of technology and teaching styles to cover the ICT, Computer Science and Business curriculum. The department offers a number of courses aimed at showing students how best to use computer technology and enterprise in their own work and also in the world at large. A large range of application and programming software is used to help students develop their understanding of how computers work and how to make their own programs. The department also has access to 3 dedicated ICT rooms, with a range of up to date software and hardware. The department consists of two full time fully qualified ICT, Computer Science and Business Studies teachers, supported by the ICT technical team.
We aim to enable students to become independent users of information communication technology, together with ensuring that students are aware of their obligations in using such technology both ethically and morally. For more information look through this website and keep up to date with us via our instagram page uca.ict.business
