Site Administrators
Site Administrators have a tremendous impact on the success of all teachers. They are viewed as vital members of the support team, working with candidates to set annual goals to demonstrate professional growth that is required of all teachers. Educator Support and Effectiveness educates Site Administrators on the importance of their role in supporting candidates’ success.

- Keep current on Educator Support and Effectiveness information;
- Conduct site orientations;
- Introduce new teachers to staff;
- Meet with Induction candidates and their mentors (Triad Meeting);
- Allow for new teachers to spend time with their mentors;
- Allow opportunities for observations;
- Respect confidentiality between mentors and new teachers;
- Establish a school culture that supports new teacher success, based on standards and success for all students.
