Additional Fees

Ventura County Educator Support and Effectiveness expects that credential candidates will complete program requirements in a timely manner. Due dates for completion of class assignments and portfolio submission have been established to guide candidates in completing all program requirements by the Program Completion Date.

A candidate who misses a class (online or face-to-face) has several options for making it up:

Administrator Induction Fees

Candidates who do not complete all required course assignments, including the Administrator Induction Plan (AIP), by the specified due date are assessed a $125.00 late fee and given a specific late submission deadline. Candidates who do not complete the outstanding requirements by the late submission deadline are placed on hold status in the program and will not be able to continue to the next semester. Candidates must schedule an appointment with the ESE Director to resume the program.

Teacher Induction and DSC Fees

Failure to meet due dates may result in the assessment of additional fees as outlined below:
