Administrator Induction

The Administrator Induction Program, is a job-embedded, CPSEL-aligned, individualized coaching program for recently hired school administrators seeking to clear their Preliminary Administrative Services Credentials. Under the guidance of an exceptional team of Lead Mentors who possess a combined 131 years of experience and program instructors who are practitioners in the field, you will gain new insights and strengthen your command of the skills and reflective processes that are the hallmark of effective leaders in K–12 school systems.

All course content will be delivered through the Canvas® learning management system to streamline the workflow and provide more time for developing a job-embedded professional growth plan. Our team is here to serve you with personalized attention to ensure your success in the program. Upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements, candidates are recommended for the Clear Administrative Services Credential.

Prerequisites

• Hold a California Preliminary Administrative Services Credential
• Hold a California Clear (or Life) teaching or services Credential
• Employed in an administrative assignment requiring the Administrative Services Credential

• Three professional development seminars per year
