Pixlr
A little more advanced than most online editors, Pixlr allows you to do some advanced editing to your photos. It is also an iPad app that is free to use if teachers would like to use it with students. It is also a Chrome App as well. If you are not quite ready for the extras of Pixlr, you might want to try Pixlr Express.
