FotoFlexer
FotoFlexer is an online image editor. This allows you to do some amazing things without having to download specific software or app. It allows you to do many different effects and add animations. There is an iPad app, but it is not free. While I did not have any problems, some people say FotoFlexer can be buggy in Chrome.
