Plickers allows you to collect data from your students as a formative assessment without devices. You will need to print a set of cards, then you can use your tablet or phone to scan them for instant results. This is great for checks for understanding, exit tickets or impromptu polls. If you have set up classes, you can see student data at Plickers.com. I would make sure to print them on sturdy paper and laminate them so that they will last a long time.
