What makes an effective website?

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the skills necessary to design and develop an effective website. Students will learn how to write HTML code. Problem solving techniques will be used to debug their code.There will be a strong emphasis on effective Website Design. Online collaboration tools will be used by students to ensure learning is personalized, collaborative, and reflective.
